When you contact us, the website stores your name, email address, message, and any product or order reference you provide. This information is used to review and respond to your request. Do not send payment-card details through the contact form.

WooCommerce uses necessary session cookies to remember your cart. Checkout may request contact, billing, and shipping details needed to process an order. If you create an account, WordPress stores your account details and a protected password representation.
Online payment methods are not yet available on this website. Payment information will be handled under the terms of the payment provider selected when payment methods are configured.
Storage and access
Inquiries, account details, and any orders are stored in this website’s WordPress and WooCommerce database. Authorized website administrators can access the information needed to manage requests and orders. The inquiry form does not automatically forward messages to a third-party email service.
Security and logs
The server may record IP addresses, request times, browser information, and requested pages for operation and security. The contact form uses a short-lived hashed IP reference to limit repeated submissions. Product images and fonts are hosted locally.

Use the Contact Us form to ask about personal information you submitted or request correction or deletion. Include enough information to identify your request without sending sensitive information.
